report:
degenerative spondylotic disease showing reduction of signal intensity of intervertebral disks as well as reversal of cervical curvature. few mild posterior disk protrusions are noticed mainly at 54 and C4-5 levels obliterating the anterior subarachnoid space and coming in contact with the spinal cord. there neurological significance is questionable and requires clinical correlation.
normal vertebral alignment and bone marrow signal.
no abnormal cord signal. normal cervical medullary junction.
no abnormal paraspinal soft tissue changes.
