كل عام وانتم بخير
بداية من 11/2013 اكتشاف بالصدفة كيسة على الغدة الدرقية بحجم 3 مم على الفص الايمن مع وجود غدة ليفاوية متضخمة اقل من 1 سم
بعد 6 شهور تم عمل سونار وجد عدم تغير فى حجم الكيسة لكن ظهر واحد جديد بحجم 2 مم على الفص الايسر ووجود الغدة اليفاوية بنفس الحجم
تم عمل تحليل t3+t4+tsh كلها طبيعية ما عدا ارتفارع سرعة الترسيب 34
عمل مقطعية على الرقبة مفيش اى مشاكل حتى الغدد الليفاوية لم تطهر فى المقطعية

THYROID SONOGRAPHY, REVEALED:-
- Mild diffuse enlargement of thyroid gland with two tiny cysts are seen at the left thyroid gland and one at the right side, largest one is seen at the left thyroid lobe measuring 4 x 2 mm.
- There is calcified nodule t left thyroid lobe measuring 2mm in diameter.
- No retro-sternal extension.
- Doppler study reveals normal parenchymal blood flow circulation.
- Normal sonographic appearance of neck vessels with intact carotid sheath.
- Enlarged cervical lymphadenopathy denoting reactional enlargement .

CONCLUSION:

-Mild diffuse enlargement of thyroid gland with few small tiny cyst and calcification inside.

THYROID ULTRASOUND

Both thyroid lobes are relatively bulky in size. Right lobe inferior zone small cyst is seen measuring about 4 x 2 mm showing tiny calcific foci inside with another similar one at the left lobe measuring about 3 x 2 mm.

Right thyroid lobe measures 5.1 x 2.2 x 1.5 cm.
Left thyroid lobe measures 4.5 x 1.7 x 1.3 cm.
Isthmus measures 3.0 mm.
No retrosternal extension.
Intact carotid sheaths on both sides.
Unremarkable sonographic appearance of the parotid and submandibular salivary gland.
Few bilateral cervical subcentimetric non-specific lymph nodes are seen, all are of oval in shape with preserved fatty hila denoting their reactionary nature.

Opinion:
- Relatively bulky thyroid gland with two small cysts with tiny calcific foci, for correlation and follow-up.
- Few bilateral non-specific lymphadenopathies.
