اعاني من فقدان خاسة الشم نتجة اعتداء على الاذن اليسرى أدى الي نزيف من الاذن وقد أجريت اشعةct-scan show the ventricular system is not enlarged
subarachnoid bleeding of left fronto-temporal convexities is seen
linear fracture of occipital bone on the left extending to left petrous apex and mastoid bone
fluid retention of sphenoid sinuses is seen
وكذالك اشعةct-scan
the mri of the brain is reveals ill -defined bilateral symmetrical areas of hyper signal
intensity on T2 and flair without definite focal abnormal signal intensity on diffusion weighted
sequences
focal non -specific abnormal signal intensity of right temporo-occipital lobe which could represent partial volume artifact or non specific abnormal signal intensity for which follow up control
