وايضا صداع قوي جدا

1- تقرير اشعه الظهر :
report:
routine lumbosacral spine sequences obtained :
evidence of discs protrusions seen at L5-S1 and L4-5 centrally with lateralization effacing the anterior aspect thecal sac and the exiting nerves roots foramen .
no frank disc material herniation seen .
reversal of the usual physiological lumbar lordosis .

2- تقرير اشعه الحوض :
report :
technique :
both hip MRI multi sequential multiplanar protocol done pre and post IV gadolinium injection
findings:
both hip joints appear symmetrical with the preserved joint space and no obvious dislocation or subluxation
smooth outline articular surface
a tiny focal signal alteration seen at the right side femur neck which appear as dark signal intensity on all sequences suggestive of bone island
no obvious abnormal bone marrow focal enhancement can be seen on post iv gadolinium injection
minor apparent rim of joint effusions seen bilaterally
no evidence of loculated collection or abnormal soft tissue enhancement can be seen

3- تقرير تخطيط المخ :
tumor routine sequences obtained :
the study demonstrated no evidence of any signal alteration or abnormal enhancements to suggest presence of space occupying lesions , recent vascular insults active inflammatory process .ventricular system minimal asymmetry of the lateral ventricles with clear visualization of the extra-axial CSF spaces .time-of-flight MRV showed clear visualization of the major intracranial vasculatures with dominant left vertebral artery . apparent tonsillar ectopia still within the normal range .
