لا يوجد سكر او ضغط
مشكلتى عند عمل سونار على البطن والحوض وجد رمال على الكلى اليمنى وترسبات على البروستاتا مع حجم طبيعى فما هو علاج الرمال على الكلى ولماذا تكونت هذة الترسبات على البروستاتا وهل يوجد علاج للترسبات على البروستاتا وهل هى ممكن تتحول الى اورام فى المستقبل

ABDOMINAL AND PELVIC ULTRASONOGRAPHY REVEALED:
Liver is enlarged with bright echopattern of its parenchyma denoting grade I fatty changes. No focal lesions.
No dilatation of intrahepatic or extrahepatic bile ducts.
Gall bladder shows normal size, shape and wall thickness with no calculi are seen inside.
Spleen show normal size and echopattern.
Both kidneys show normal site, size and shape, with normal thickness and echopattern of renal parenchyma, with no renal stone or back pressure changes.
Right kidney shows tiny gravel in lower calyx measures 1 mm.
No dilatation of both ureters.
Pancreas and para-aortic region are free.
No ascites.
The urinary bladder is partially filled with no solid masses.
No post voiding residual urine.
Prostate is not significantly enlarged with calculated volume +- 27ml. with tiny concretions inside.
No pelvic fluid collection.

CONCLUSION:

Mild hepatomegaly with grade I fatty infiltration.
Right renal tiny gravel.
