The uterus is anteverted and normal in size measuring approximately 100ml in volume .diffuse heterogeneity of myometrium is noted with variable striation on EVS suggestive of underlying adenomyosis .endometrium is 4mmin thickness .nofocal endometrial lesions are detected. There are no visible fibroids. The right ovary is 2.4ml in volume and normal in appearance.the left ovary is not visible. Conclusion:diffuse changes of adenomyosis throughout the uterus.
