CT SCAN REPORT

Brain without&with IV Contrast:

CT scan reveal decrease attenuation of both frontal lobes involving deep white matter and
overlying cortex consisntet with acute ischemic changes.

Mild to moderate cortical brain atrophy in bifrontal lobe with compensatory hygroma.
No signs of acute intracranial haematoma.
No signs of space occupying mass seen.
No focal enhancing lesion.
No shift of midline structures seen.
Normal posterior fossa structures are noted.
In bone window study no lesion or fracture seen.

Impression:
-Acute ischemic chan es of both frontal lobes.
-Mild to moderate cortical brain atro h in bifrontal lobe with compensatory

-please correlation clinically and follow-up advisable
