ممكن حد يساعدني ويقولي الريبورت ده بيقول ايه
هو MRI ع المخ والمريضه كانت لتعاني من صداع شديد في مؤخرة الراس و قيئ ورعشة في اليد اليسري
و ده الريبورت
MRI examination of the brain pre and post IV contrast using different pulse sequences & parameters, revealed:
_ Evidence of moderate supra_tentorial ventricular dilatation as well as section 4that ventricle with mild transependymal retrograde CSF Permeation. No define obstructing space occupying lesion identified

impressive of outlet foraminal obstruction rather than communicating hydrocephalus for CSF flowmetry
-T2& FLAIR hyperintensities are noted involving the right high fronto_parietal region as well as and less severely the left centrum semiovale

impressive of ischemic etiology
-No space occupying lesions detected
-Normal structures of the posterior fossa, with no cervix one summary junction abnormalities detected.
No gross vascular anomalies detected.

هناك بعض الجزيئات يجب تفسيرها من قبل طبيب دماغ واعصاب مثل هل يوجد استسقاء بالدماغ ام لا، حيث ان طبيب الاعصاب حاليا غير متواجد بالمنتدى ولذلك نرجو عرضها على طبيب اعصاب واخبرونا بالنتيجة.

طب ممكن لما طبيب الاعصاب يبقي متواجد يرد عليا
