السلام عليكم

لدي حساسيه في الانف وحلقي باستمرار يلتهب من اي هواء بارد
وهذا تقرير اشعه الانف

technique:
CT scan of the paranasal sinuses obtained.
findings:
hypertrophied nasal turbinates, no the expense of paucity of airways.
the visualised paranasal sinuses including frontal, ethmoid air cells, maxillary sinuses and sphenoid sinus are well aerated. no air fluid level or opacification.
both osteomeatal complexes are patent.
no bony destruction.
the nasal septum is slightly deviated to the left side.

السلام عليكم ورحمة الله
يقول التقرير اخي ان لديك تضخم في الجيوب الانفية وهذا سببه التهاب في الجيوب، وكذلك عندك انحراف قليل لحاجز الانف باتجاه الجهة اليسرى.
هل قمت باخذ ادوية لعلاج التهاب الجيوب الانفية من قبل؟
